TIPS for A Great Gymnastics Experience


ü Please use the restroom before class

ü Only class participants are allowed on the gym floor and equipment

ü Stay in the observation area until called for class

ü NO flash photography, please, as the flash is a safety hazard

What to Wear to Gymnastics Classes

ü Wear athletic clothing – girls may wear a leotard or shorts and a snug fitting T-shirt


ü Participants are only allowed on the mats and equipment with an instructor


ü NO gum, food, or drinks on the mats or around the equipment

ü All hair must be pulled back and out of the face

ü No jewelry please

ü Bring a sweatshirt on colder days



Session Dates

Fall II (7 weeks): October 22 – December 13

Registration begins September 24 (members) & September 28 (nonmember)

Winter (7 weeks): January 7 – February 23

Registration begins December 10 (members) & December 14 (nonmembers)



Open Gyms

October 23 – December 21

Pre-School (60 min) – Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday, 11am-Noon, Fee: $3/$5, Punch Card available

School-Age (90 min) – Fridays, 7:30–9:00pm, Fee: $5/$8, Punch Card available



PRESCHOOL OPEN GYM RULES

ü Stay off the Rogue Exercise Gym. It’s the large black piece of equipment near the chairs.

ü NO food, drink, or shoes on any mat, carpet, or black flooring.

ü High and tall gymnastics equipment needs to be double-matted for use. The high beam and the vault table are two areas that need to be double-matted.

ü Parents please put your phone away and stay with your child.

ü Take turns, be respectful of others, be safe, and have fun!
